Surprise them with a gift certificate for a 90-minute yoga session prepared especially for them! My private yoga sessions include a completely customized practice session, incorporating physical postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and guided visualization and meditation. I often include extras like aromatherapy, music, and tea that complement the session. All sessions include follow-up with daily practice suggestions.

Your special yogi will be able to schedule the session in their home (space permitting) or at studio locations in the Loop, Lakeview, or Riverwest. Props, mats provided.
